you can reserve your bike at the front desk 45 mins before the class starts
If you are a beginner just let the instructor know and they can help you adjust your bike properly. Wear comfortable clothes and your regular gym shoes. Bring a bottle of water an a small towel. And remember to listen to your body. you are not competing with anyone.
