Total Body Fitness: Total Body Fitness...fitness for EVERY BODY . You are at the core of our mission and we strive to make each experience at Total Body Fitness a positive one. In our facility, we want you to feel comfortable and reach your goals...no matter what they may be. We also hope to help you develop a love for fitness and a desire for good health that you will carry throughout life. Hours: Mon-Thu 5am-10pm, Fri 5am-9pm, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 8am-5pm
