Heart rates in the water are generally 12 to 15 beats per
minute lower than on land. Researchers say that this is because the water
temperature is lower than the body temperature and water pressure on the body
helps circulate your blood requiring less work by your heart.

We have Aqua Aerobics classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30 am -10.30 am, Monday and Wednesday 6 pm-7 pm and Saturday 11 am to 12 pm. Diane Kapusta also does personal training in the pool.
